- Good communication and budget preparation skills
- Knowledgeable in all aspect of Property Management
- Good customer service and computer literate
- Willing to be assigned in any project within Metro Manila
PROPERTY ENGINEERS
- Male, 24 to 30 years old
- Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably Licensed
- With knowledge and experience in maintenance, operation, repair of electro-mechanical equipment
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Willing to be assigned in any project within Metro Manila
TECHNICAL ENGINEER

- 24- 30 years old
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineer
- With at least 2 years work experience in construction industry preferably in project management
- Good in communication skills for coordination with Construction Management teams, Quantity Surveyor, contractors and suppliers
- Computer literate & with knowledge in using AUTOCAD
BROKER RELATIONS SPECIALIST
- Female/Male
- Single, 25-30 y/o
- College Graduate ( Marketing, Psychology, MassCom)
- Has background in marketing and sales
- Exposure in a real estate industry
- Good in communication skills/presentation/negotiation/interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Licensed Real Estate Brokers but not necessary
IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Male
- Single, 25-28y/o
- Graduate of Information Technology/ Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year experience in trouble shooting. Networks environments with typical network services, applications & Connectivity components
- Knowledgeable in Hardware & Software
LEASING OFFICER (1)
- Male/ Female, 30-35 years old
- Any four year Business course, preferably Major in Marketing
- With at least 2 years’ experience and exposure in Leasing Management as well as Customer Relations Management/ Account Management
